Character update process!!

Hi,

I have problem couple years ago i did realms change but payment failed now i wanted to play again

i repaid the payment for my realms change and payment was good, and character is on the realms that i want him to be.

know i login world of warcraft go to my character and i want to play know it say all the time

Character update process ?
